{"id":47099,"date":"2021-04-25T08:44:56","date_gmt":"2021-04-25T06:44:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sdbcheck.de\/sds-testing-intensive-and-time-saving\/"},"modified":"2025-08-11T11:45:48","modified_gmt":"2025-08-11T09:45:48","slug":"sds-testing-intensive-and-time-saving","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sdbcheck.de\/en\/sds-testing-intensive-and-time-saving\/","title":{"rendered":"SDS testing: intensive and time-saving"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>How do you use <sup>SDBcheck\u00ae<\/sup>?<br \/><\/strong>I use SDBcheck to check the SDSs I receive before I <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gesi.de\/zusatzausstattung\/sdbcheck\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">read them into <sup>GeSi3<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does <sup>SDBcheck\u00ae<\/sup> change your workflow?<br \/><\/strong>At the beginning of the week, I upload the SDSs that I want to check during the week to <sup>SDBcheck\u00ae<\/sup>. The save function for <a href=\"https:\/\/sdbcheck42.de\/anmelden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">registered <sup>SDBcheck\u00ae<\/sup> users<\/a> makes this very easy. I can access the SDSs again and again under &#8220;My <sup>SDBcheck\u00ae<\/sup>&#8221; and work on them. Using the &#8220;Preselection for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gesi.de\/zusatzausstattung\/sdbcheck\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GeSi3 <sup>import<\/sup><\/a>&#8221; function, I can easily mark which SDSs have been checked and can be imported into <sup>GeSi3<\/sup>.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>What advantages do you experience by using SDBcheck\u00ae?<br \/><\/strong><sup>SDBcheck\u00ae<\/sup> allows me to check the SDS much more intensively, but still saves me time. I can also make direct contact with the creator if there are any deviations that need to be checked.<br \/>The SDBcheck\u00ae <sup>interface<\/sup> to <sup>GeSi3<\/sup> also gives me the opportunity to clearly display our hazardous substances and map a wide variety of categories: Storage &#8211; Workplaces &#8211; Operating instructions (create). <sup>GeSi3<\/sup> also helps me to maintain an overview when, for example, SDSs need to be updated or current SDSs need to be requested.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>What tips do you have for new <sup>SDBcheck\u00ae<\/sup> users?<br \/><\/strong>It helped me a lot to take part in one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edudip.market\/w\/342252\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">free webinars<\/a>. I then took the time to test everything with a sample SDS. The subsequent work with <sup>SDBcheck\u00ae<\/sup> helped me to consolidate my skills.
