Can several users work in the SDBcheck® company account at the same time?
Yes, the individual user accounts work independently of each other, but can access the same data. This ensures that all team members work in parallel and can view each other’s safety data sheets.
How many users can be added to the company account?
The number of users depends on the number of licenses purchased. One additional user can be added to the company account per license.
Are users notified of changes or new comments?
There is currently no automatic notification. However, in the “My SDBcheck” area, all users can view a history that documents who last performed which action, such as importing a safety data sheet to GeSi³.
What role management is available for the company account?
There is one main account that is the owner of the company account. All other users work within their SDBcheck® area.
